We are currently seeking a passionate and interested E-commerce and B2B Supervisor. In this role, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of both functions and will be involved in helping us create a frictionless customer experience that drives sales and deeper relationships across these platforms.

Duties include:

• Identify and research potential customers for the expansion of the B2B database
• Develop and make mutually beneficial proposals to prospective customers
  Ensuring B2B KPIs targets are achieved.
• Digital Marketing research: generating data to provide insights to assist in the growth of the online business, e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, etc.
• Coordinating with all the functions and stakeholders of the operations pertaining to online shopping and delivery.
• Ensure the department’s monthly KPI of Average Order Value and Shopping Cart
• Conversion Rate are met.
