As the HR Director of Hi-Lo, what aspirations do you have for the company?
My aspiration for Hi-Lo is to have a highly developed workforce, where persons with the right skills are in the right jobs and to assist  in making  Hi-Lo one of the best  places to work.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Assisting people to develop and grow  to  their full  potential.

If you could meet one great person from History, who would it be, and why?  
I would love to meet Mr Nelson Mandela, he inspires me with his strength of fortitude and resilience.
